There's always been rumours about the cliffs under the Saruhashi bridge.
Several elder villagers from all the Kai Province even claimed that they heard frequently strange sounds from below. Some say that it is the unresting dead ones, whispering to the passants above them, to beg them to jump from the bridge and lure them forever within the Cavern where it is said Evil spirits dwell...

An ominous and foreboding album, Shogun's Castle once again revives ritualistic devotion seeped in a threatening and ancient aura. The combination of Japanese instruments and the general approach and ambiance of dungeon synth works wonderfully to transport the listener into perilous realms. 2024 is starting slow for me: after some catching up, I mainly listened to ambient for the majority of this January. Star Lore is a great addition and discovery, once again being brought to my attention by Ernie Fleetenkieker. Even after having found a favourite track, this album ov enchanting, slightly bemused, wintery ambience is best enjoyed as whole. A great addition to your collection and formidable soundtrack for a secluded stroll through the snowfall. Enchanting from start to finish! David Fischer
